I print on beautiful archival fine art paper chosen for its soft texture, colour and detail. Most of my prints are produced on cotton based fine art paper using fade resistant pigment inks, so the finished print has a lovely substantial feel rather than the finish of an ordinary poster.

Larger sizes and some international orders are produced by my trusted fine art printing partners using similarly high quality archival papers.

Unless a listing specifically says otherwise, prints are sold unframed.

I use standard print sizes wherever possible, so it is easy to find ready made frames. You can find more help on my Framing Guide page.

It depends on where the print will hang and how much wall space you would like it to fill.

A4 and 8 x 10 inches work beautifully on smaller walls, shelves and gallery walls. A3 and 12 x 16 inches give the artwork more presence without taking over the room. A2, 16 x 20 inches and larger sizes work particularly well above furniture or where you would like the print to become a feature.

If you are unsure, measure the wall space first and mark out the dimensions with masking tape or paper. It is much easier to judge the scale before you order.

I take care to photograph and reproduce the colours as accurately as possible, but screens vary, so you may see small differences between the colour on your device and the finished print.

The prints themselves are professionally colour managed and printed using archival pigment inks.

Where personalisation is offered, simply enter the child's name or requested wording in the personalisation box before adding the print to your basket.

I copy the spelling and capitalisation exactly as supplied, so please check the details carefully before placing your order.

The position and size of the wording may vary slightly between designs so that it sits naturally within the artwork.

For designs where a proof is useful, I will contact you if I need to check anything before printing.

Yes. Enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout.

You can also add a short gift message and I will include it with the order so they know who it is from.

Prices are not included inside the parcel.

Prints are carefully wrapped  in white recycled  tissue paper and protected for their journey, and I can include a handwritten gift message at no extra charge.

I do not currently offer a separate full gift wrapping service.

All prints are made to order.

Prints made in my Somerset studio are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.

Larger prints and some international orders produced by one of my trusted fine art printing partners are normally dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

Yes. I ship worldwide.

Where possible, international orders are produced closer to their destination by one of my trusted fine art printing partners. This can help reduce delivery times and unnecessary international shipping.

All print orders are sent using a tracked service.

International orders may occasionally be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or carrier charges.

Where an order is produced within your own country or region these charges may not arise, but fulfilment routes can vary, so I cannot guarantee that an international order will always be free from import charges.

If duties or taxes are charged and have not already been collected at checkout, they are payable by the recipient.

Faster delivery options are available for some destinations and will appear at checkout where available.

For UK orders, Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available as an upgrade to the standard Tracked 48 service.

If you need an order for a particular date, please contact me before ordering and I can let you know what is realistic.

Yes. Standard, non personalised prints can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition.

Please contact me before sending anything back so I can give you the correct return details.

Return postage for change of mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

Because personalised prints are made especially for you, they cannot normally be returned or exchanged if you change your mind.

If your print arrives damaged, faulty or with an error that I have made, please contact me and I will put it right.

Please contact me as quickly as possible.

If your order has not yet been printed, I will change it for you. If it has already been made, I may not be able to alter it, but please get in touch and I will let you know what is possible.

Please contact me as soon as possible and include photographs of the print and the packaging.

I will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If your tracking has stopped updating or your order is taking substantially longer than expected, please contact me and I will investigate it with the delivery company.
