Shipping & Delivery

Every print is made to order and sent with tracking, so you can follow its journey from me to you.

Dispatch times

Prints made in my Somerset studio are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.

Larger prints, European and some international orders are produced by one of my trusted fine art printing partners and are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Free tracked delivery

Free tracked delivery is available when your order reaches the following value:

UK: £15
Europe: £40
US & Canada: £45
Australia & New Zealand: £50

For orders below these values, the delivery cost will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

UK delivery

Prints dispatched from my Somerset studio are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Where available, you can choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout if you would prefer a faster service.

Some larger prints are dispatched directly from my fine art printing partner using a tracked courier service.

Please remember that dispatch time and delivery time are separate. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout includes both where possible, but delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

International delivery

I ship worldwide, and all print orders are sent using a tracked service.

Where possible, international orders are produced closer to their destination by one of my trusted fine art printing partners. This helps reduce unnecessary international shipping and can make delivery quicker and simpler.

The estimated delivery time for your destination will be shown at checkout where available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.

Customs, duties and import charges

International orders may occasionally be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or carrier handling charges.

Where an order is produced within your own country or region, customs charges may not arise. However, fulfilment routes can vary, so I cannot guarantee that an international order will always be free from import charges.

If any customs duties, import taxes or carrier fees are charged and have not already been collected at checkout, they are payable by the recipient. These charges are set by the destination country or carrier and are outside my control.

Any duties or taxes collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.

I am unable to predict or reimburse charges applied separately by local customs authorities or delivery companies, so if you are unsure, it is worth checking your country's current import rules before ordering.

Delivery delays

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, but postal and courier services can occasionally experience delays.

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time, or your order has not arrived when expected, please contact me and I will be happy to investigate it for you.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error shortly after ordering, contact me as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, I will do my best to amend it.

If an order is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, or because the parcel was not collected from the carrier, an additional delivery charge may be needed before it can be sent again.
