Shipping Policy

All prints are made to order and sent using a tracked delivery service.

Dispatch times

Prints produced in my Somerset studio are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.

Larger prints and some international orders produced by one of my trusted fine art printing partners are normally dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time begins after dispatch and varies according to destination and the delivery service used.

UK delivery

Prints dispatched from my Somerset studio are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Faster delivery options may be available at checkout.

Larger prints may be dispatched directly from my fine art printing partner using a tracked courier service.

Free tracked delivery is available on UK orders over £15.

International delivery

I ship worldwide and all print orders are sent using a tracked service.

Where possible, international orders are produced closer to their destination by one of my trusted fine art printing partners. This helps reduce unnecessary international shipping and can make delivery quicker and simpler.

Free tracked delivery is available on orders over:

Europe: £40
US and Canada: £45
Australia and New Zealand: £50

For orders below these values, the delivery cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery dates may be shown at checkout where available.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Postal and courier services can occasionally experience delays due to busy periods, weather, customs processing or other circumstances outside my control.

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time, or your order has not arrived when expected, please contact me and I will be happy to investigate it for you.

Customs, duties and import charges

International orders may occasionally be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or carrier handling charges.

Where an order is produced within your own country or region, these charges may not arise. However, fulfilment routes can vary, so I cannot guarantee that an international order will always be free from import charges.

If duties, taxes or carrier charges are applied and have not already been collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

These charges are set by the destination country or delivery provider and are outside my control.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice a mistake, contact me as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, I will do my best to amend the address.

If a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, or because it was not collected from the delivery provider, an additional delivery charge may be required before it can be sent again.
