Dispatch times

All prints are made to order. Dispatch times depend on the print size and where your order is being produced.

Prints created in my Somerset studio are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.

Larger sizes and international prints produced by one of my trusted fine art printing partners are normally dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Delivery time begins after dispatch and varies according to the destination and shipping service selected.

UK orders

Delivery is free on UK orders over £15. All UK orders are sent with tracking.

International orders

International orders are printed and dispatched locally where possible through trusted fine art printing partners. This helps reduce delivery times and unnecessary customs delays.

Worldwide delivery is available, with free international delivery on orders over £40. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and all orders include tracking.

Returns

I want you to be completely happy with your print. Standard, non personalised prints can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in line with my returns policy.

As personalised prints are made especially for you, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or the personalisation is incorrect.

Choosing the right size depends on where you plan to display your print.

As a simple guide:

• 8x10"/A4 — Perfect for shelves, small walls, or gallery groupings
  
• 12x16"/A3 / A2 — Ideal for feature walls and above furniture
  
• 50 × 70 cm / A1— Statement sizes for larger spaces
  

All prints are available in standard frame sizes, making it easy to find a ready-made frame to suit your space.

Add the child’s name in the personalisation box before placing your order. I will copy the spelling and capitalisation exactly as supplied, so please check the details carefully.

Personalisation is optional and included in the price. The position and style will vary slightly between designs so that the wording works naturally with the illustration.

A proof is only provided where this is stated on the product page. Please contact me as soon as possible if you notice a mistake after ordering. Once printing has begun, I may not be able to make changes.

Unless specified on the listing your order includes the art print only. Frames, mounts and display accessories shown in the photographs are not included.

Each design is printed on archival 300gsm cotton rag paper using long lasting fine art inks. ISO sizes such as A4, A3 and A2 are designed to fit widely available standard frames.

Colours can vary slightly between screens and the finished print, but I carefully check every order before dispatch.

Absolutely. I can send your print directly to the recipient and no pricing information will be included inside the parcel.

Add your message in the notes box during checkout and I will include it on a handwritten card at no extra cost. Every print is carefully wrapped so that it arrives protected and ready to give.
