International orders are printed and shipped locally where possible using trusted fine art printers. This helps reduce delivery times and avoid unnecessary customs delays.

Worldwide delivery is available, with free international delivery on orders over £40.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and all orders are sent with tracking.

Returns

If your print isn’t quite right, I have a no quiibble returns policy. I'm happy to accept returns for standard (non-personalised) prints within 30 days of delivery in line with my returns policy.

Please note that personalised prints are made especially for you and can’t be returned, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

All prints are available in standard frame sizes, making it easy to find a ready-made frame to suit your space.

If your print is a gift for someone, I can dispatch straight to them. I can include a free gift note and a short personal message. Please enter this information at the checkout and I'll hand write the message for you.

Print Details: My prints are lovingly created on museum-grade fine art paper – 100% premium, 300gsm cotton rag paper, with a matte finish and a subtle texture that adds depth to every print. The giclée prints come alive with 12-color high-definition, using vibrant, non-toxic, fade-resistant inks that promise to brighten your space for years to come.

Handcrafted Just for You: Every print up to 18x24” is lovingly created on-demand in our Somerset studio, ensuring my personal touch. For larger prints, we collaborate with our fantastic fine art printers, with labs across the globe to keep shipping speedy and eco-friendly.

Eco-Conscious Materials: I take sustainability seriously. My sustainable prints are made from premium Cotton Rag paper which comes from leftover cotton scraps. When packaged up for you the smaller prints are sent snug in biodegradable cello bags, with recycled card backing, all mailed in sturdy envelopes. Larger pieces? They’re rolled in recycled tissue and sent in robust recycled tubes for safe travel.

Personal Touch: From idea to illustration, every design is the brainchild of Carolyn Rouse, making your chosen print truly unique.
