- How long does delivery take? UK orders are dispatched from my Somerset studio within 1‚Äö—3 working days and include free delivery on orders over £10. International orders are printed and shipped locally where possible to reduce delivery times and avoid customs delays, with free delivery over £40.
- Do you accept returns? I have a fuss-free 30-day returns policy for standard (non-personalised) prints. Because personalised prints are made especially for you, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Can I include a gift message? Absolutely! If this is a gift, I can dispatch it straight to the recipient. Add your personal message at checkout, and I will include a free hand-written gift note in the package.

Eco-Conscious Materials: I take sustainability seriously. My sustainable prints are made from premium Cotton Rag paper which comes from leftover cotton scraps. When packaged up for you the smaller prints are sent snug in biodegradable cello bags, with recycled card backing, all mailed in sturdy envelopes. Larger pieces?
