A red London bus with your child’s name along the side.
I drew it with a special date on the destination board and filled it with passengers: a rhino, a tiger, a zebra, a flamingo, a giraffe, an elephant and a bear, with a lion at the wheel. There’s a little flag flying on the roof too, and you can choose which one.
I think it works best as a birth or birthday print, something that marks a date without being too serious about it, and it suits anyone with a soft spot for London, whether they live there or have family who do.
Personalising your print
Add the name, the date and the flag you’d like in the personalisation box when you order. I’ll send you a proof to check before anything is printed, so you can see exactly how it will look.
Sizes and framing
There are five sizes, from 8x10" up to 20x28". You can have it unframed, or in a matte black or natural oak box frame. The frames are glazed with shatterproof Perspex rather than glass, which feels sensible in a child’s room, and there’s no mount, so the print fills the frame. They arrive ready to hang.
How it’s made and when it’s sent
Unframed prints up to 16x20" are printed on archival fine art paper and packed by me in Somerset. They travel flat in a compostable sleeve inside a recycled card envelope, and are usually dispatched within 2 working days of you approving your proof.
Framed prints, and the larger 20x28" size, are printed and framed by my fine art printing partner, who sends them directly to you. These are usually dispatched within 72 hours of you approving your proof.
