Shipping Times

When your order has left my studio, the approximate Royal Mail delivery estimates for standard delivery are:
UK: 2–4 working days
Europe: 3–15 working days
Outside Europe: 5-30 working days 

These shipping estimates can vary according to conditions and the time of year and please note that sometimes the post is very unpredictable, especially at the moment and standard worldwide items can take up to 30 business and over to arrive.

  • Smaller prints are carefully packaged in a biodegradable cello bag, protected by thick recycled card and mailed in a hardback envelope.
  • Larger prints are carefully rolled in recycled tissue and mailed in a sturdy cardboard tube.

Print Details: My prints are lovingly created on museum-grade fine art paper – 100% premium, 300gsm cotton rag paper, with a matte finish and a subtle texture that adds depth to every print. The giclée prints come alive with 12-color high-definition, using vibrant, non-toxic, fade-resistant inks that promise to brighten your space for years to come.

Handcrafted Just for You: Every print up to 18x24” is lovingly created on-demand in our Somerset studio, ensuring my personal touch. For larger prints, we collaborate with our fantastic fine art printers, with labs across the globe to keep shipping speedy and eco-friendly.

Eco-Conscious Materials: I take sustainability seriously. My sustainable prints are made from premium Cotton Rag paper which comes from leftover cotton scraps. When packaged up for you the smaller prints are sent snug in biodegradable cello bags, with recycled card backing, all mailed in sturdy envelopes. Larger pieces? They’re rolled in recycled tissue and sent in robust recycled tubes for safe travel.

Personal Touch: From idea to illustration, every design is the brainchild of Carolyn Rouse, making your chosen print truly unique.
