Shipping Times

When your order has left my studio, the approximate Royal Mail delivery estimates for standard delivery are:
UK: 2–4 working days
Europe: 3–15 working days
Outside Europe: 5-30 working days 

These shipping estimates can vary according to conditions and the time of year and please note that sometimes the post is very unpredictable, especially at the moment and standard worldwide items can take up to 30 business and over to arrive.

Please upgrade to First Class, Special Delivery or Tracked during checkout if you need your parcel sooner.

Returns Information

All my items are made to order and if you have a problem with your order please contact me a as soon as possible. We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exceptions to this policy are personalised and Large items. They are both uneligable for returns.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me athello@paperpaintpixels.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
